摘要
对比并讨论了采用开炼机动态硫化与采用密炼机动态硫化制备的NBR/PVC热塑性弹性体的物理机械性能、流变性能、形态结构 ,通过对试验结果的分析 ,认为动态硫化应以采用高剪切、高温密炼机为宜。
Physical and mechanical property,rheology propery and phase structure of NBR/PVC TPE by dunamic vulcanization using mixing mill and internal mixer have been discussed.By analyzing the experiment results,we make the conclusion that internal mixer is a good kind of machinery for we to prepare TPE.
