摘要 通过对用一般石灰作为造渣剂的15 t复吹转炉和用活性石灰作为造渣剂的100 kg热模型复吹试验过程渣样的氧化铁活度研究可知,活性石灰造渣时,过程渣中氧化铁活度较高,使脱碳、脱磷提前进行。通过分析过程渣样的矿相组成和在CaO′-TFeO-SiO_2′准三元系相图中炉渣的形成路线,证实了用活性石灰可缩短冶炼时间。 The activities of iron oxide in process slag in 15 t top-bottom combined blowing converter with harder lime as flux and 100 kg combined converter with softer lime as flux have been investigated. It was found that the higher activities of iron oxide with softer lime as flux made the decarbonization and dephosphorization to react earlier. Through analysing the mineralogical composition of the process slag and the slag-forming paths in CaO'-TFeO-SiO'2 ternary phase diagram, it has been verified that the time of steelmaking process with softer lime can be shortened.
