0Cr13Ni4Mo钢及其与0Cr18Ni11Nb钢焊接接头力学性能的研究

摘要 测定了0Cr13Ni4Mo钢(马氏体不锈钢)及其与0Cr18Ni11Nb钢(奥氏体不锈钢)焊接接头的冲击、拉伸性能及静态和动态断裂韧度K_(IC)~J,J_(PCI),K_(PCI),低周疲劳和冷—热疲劳特性。结果表明,0Cr13Ni4Mo及其与0Cr18Ni11Nb焊接接头的力学性能满足ASME规范。容器的液压爆破试验证明,母材和焊接接头具有良好的综合力学性能。 The impact and tension properties, static and dynamic fracture toughness (KJic and JPCI, KPCJ), low-cycle fatigue and thermal fatigue properties of 0Cr13Ni4Mo steel (martensitic stainless steel) and its weld joints with 0Cr18Ni11Nb steel (austenitic stainless steel) have been determined. The results show tha' the mechanical properties of 0Cr13Ni4Mo steel and its weld oints with 0Cr18Ni11Nb steel meet the requirements in ASME code. The hydrostatic pressure explosion test on vessel indicates tha both base metal and weld metal have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
