摘要
本文通过液淬试验对含铌高锰钢和普通高锰钢中硬相的形成及奥氏体晶粒的变化进行了比较。提出:铌化物是在凝固过程中形成,具有细化奥氏体晶粒的作用,并分析研究了铌细化高锰钢奥氏体晶粒的机制。这对于扩大高锰钢原料来源,改善高锰钢的性能具有重要意义。
This paper has compared the hard phases formation and the austenite grain size changes in ordinary high manganese steel with that in high manganese steel containing niobium according to liquidquenching test. The results indicate that niobium compounds form during solidification, leading to the refinement of austenite grains.The mechanism of grain refinement has been investigated extensively. The results will be of significance in enlarging the raw material sources and improving the properties of high manganese steels.
