摘要
本文介绍了武钢热轧厂3号板坯连续加热炉炉顶超期作业的破损状况。采用压浆、支模浇注及喷补法修复炉顶可将原定中修周期5年延至10年以上。
Damages are described of the roof of No.3 continuous sab reheating furnace at the Hot Roed Mi due to extended service.It is expected that the set reining period can be proonged by 5 to 10 years so as the furnace roof is timey repaired by pressurized mortar pouring, pouring with supporting mouds and gunning methods
