摘要
21世纪初,经济全球化和科学技术的发展,我国加入WTO,特别是确立全面建设小康社会宏伟目标,对我国职业教育的发展提出了挑战,也带来了发展机遇。为此,职业教育必须以市场为导向,建立适应市场机制的职业教育体制和教育教学制度,并以发展西部和农村职业教育为重点,构建贯穿终身的职业教育体系,培养大量高素质的劳动者。
In the early of 21st century, the globalization of economy and the development of science and technology, China's entering WTO, especially the target of constructing the overall well -to -do society makes not only the challenge, but also the opportunity to the development of vocational education.So vocational education should take market as guidance to establish vocational education system and teaching system, regard the vocational education in western and rural area as the key to construct vocational education system through lifelong and develop amount of labourer with high quality.
