本文从大学教师的角色定位等方面阐述了终身学习时代,大学教师应该具备的职业素质。
On the basis of understanding the social significance of teacher's occupation and the role orientation of the college teacher, this essay discusses the professional qualities which the college teacher must have in the lifelong learning era.
