摘要
根据国内市场竹笋产品的情况 ,通过对龙竹竹笋原料进行深加工 ,研制出笋脯、竹笋果冻、笋酱、油焖笋丝。
This paper introduces the processing technology of bamboo shoots Dendrocalamus semiscandne ,which are processed into a series of soft-canned products,such as preserved shoots,bamboo shoot jelly,bamboo shoot jam,oil stew bamboo shoots and sour bamboo shoots.
