简要地介绍了热轧低碳双相钢盘条的开发经过,重点分析了低碳钢盘条经在线工艺处理后获得F+M双相组织,从而改善盘条的力学性能的情况,指出初轧温度、控制风冷与停留时间,喷淋参数及钢的化学成分对双相处理结果均有影响。
This article briefly presents the process of developing hot rolled dual-phase low carbon steel wire rod. Details on F+M dual-phase construction formed by in-line processing the low carbon steel wire rod and its improved mechanical properties are discussed. In addition, the effects of various factors, such as blooming temperature, wind cooling and holding time, spraying parameters and chemical composition on the dual-phase processing are pointed out.
