摘要
本文研究了一种作者自行设计的18Mn2WNbB钢预应力钢丝的显微组织和拉拔后的力学性能,表明其性能达到了高碳Patenting钢丝的水平,并且比较深入地研究了获得低松弛率的钢丝稳定化处理工艺,得到了效果最佳的稳定化处理工艺参数。对稳定化机理也进行了讨论。
Mechanical properties and microstructures of self-designed 18Mn2WNbB prestressed steel wire after cold drawing are described. Experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the wire have reached to that of high carbon Patenting steel wire. Optimal stabilization processing parameters of the high strength, low carbon, low alloy and low rate of slack prestresed steel wire have been obtained. The stabilization mechanism is discussed as well.
