摘要
介绍了烧结点火用幕帘式烧嘴的研究成果。该烧嘴是一种新型的高温瞬时直接点火燃烧装置,它具有点火时间短(10～30s)、火焰长度可调、火焰温度均匀、供热强度合理、燃烧稳定、造价低、寿命长、加工安装容易等特点,经国内多家厂矿使用表明,可取得节能40～50％的效果。
Present paper introduces the results in research for curtain-type burner as ignition device in sinter plant. It is a new type, direct and immediate ignition burner with high temperature, and has several advantages such as very short ignition pericd (10～30 sec); adjustable flame length; uniformity of flame temperature; reasonable heat load; stability of combustion state; lower cost and longer service life; easy manufacture and assembly. It is proved by several plants that the energy saving may reach approximately to 40～50% by this burner.
