摘要
采用X射线衍射、电镜等手段对淬火(1130℃)回火(700℃)及随后在550~650℃时效0~5000h的20Cr11MoVNbNB钢的显微组织和力学性能研究证明:该钢强度、硬度随着时效温度、时间综合参数P=T(20+lgt(h))的增加而降低,具有两段斜率不同的线性关系,该钢的强度、硬度随着主要强化相M_(■3)C_6MC的统计平均尺寸_(M23)C_6或_(MC)的增大而降低,也存在着两段不同斜率的直线关系。
Mierostruetures and mechanical properties of 20Cr11MoVNbNB steel of hardened at 1130 ℃ and tempered at 700℃, and subsequently ageing at 550~650℃ for 5000 h were studied by means of x-ray diffraction, electron microscope, etc. It is proved that strength and hardness of above mentioned steel decrease with increasing of parameter (P=T(20+lgt(h)) and two sectional linear relations with different slopes between the strength, hardness and P. are present. Similarly, two sectional linear relations are also present between the hardness, strength and mean sizes of main strengthening phases M_(23C_6, MC in 20Cr11MoVNbNB steel.
