摘要
我国“七五”期间重点钢铁企业共有9台烧结机投产,总面积为1399m^2。本文从合铁原料混匀、燃料准备、自动重量配料、采用大型混合机延长混合与造球时间、烧结机新结构、抽风除尘系统、自动控制以及余热利用等八方面进行了总结。
Nine sintering machines have been put into operation in China during period of the 7th Five-year plan. Their total sintering area is 1399 m^2. This article summarize blending of materials, fuel preparation, automatic weight proportioning, adopting large scale mixer in order to extend mixing and pelletizing time, new structure of sintering machine downdraught dedusting system, automatic control and recuperation.
