摘要
宝钢从日本引进的转炉渣盘泼淬冷法(ISC)处理工艺,经过5年的实践表明,设备运转正常、工艺合理、安全可靠,已经处理144万吨渣。本文从处理原理、设备能力、炉渣综合利用、经济分析及设计布局诸方面分析,给国内外同行提供实际数据,并设计出更完全的转炉渣ISC处理工艺。
Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex imported a new technology ISC from NSC for the disposal of L D slag. Since it Put into operation in 1985, about 1.44 million tons LD slag have been disposed. Through five years operation we have found that the equipment runs smoothly, the process is reasonable and safety. The principle of disposal is introduced in this paper. Capacity of the equipment and comprehensive utilization of the slag are also discussed. This paper also analyzes the economics and layout etc. Results provide practical data to colleagues for designing better disposal equipment of LD stag.
