摘要
应用有限元法分析计算了STB等底枪型复吹转炉中,底吹喷嘴砖周围的热应力及其影响因素。喷吹过程中热应力主要集中在喷嘴出口附近;在各热应力分量中,环向挤压分量最为显著,而且在喷嘴出口附近远远超出镁碳砖所能承受的范围,因而必然产生裂纹,使砖容易剥落。
In this paper, finite element method is adopted for calculating heat stress of bottom blowing nozzle bricks in top-bottom converter and its affection factors. The calculation indicates that the heat stress are mainly concentrated upon the outlet regions of bottom blowing nozzle bricks. Moreover, the tangential compress component is the largest one among the others. This largest stress far exceeds the limit of Mg-C brick and makes readily the bricks spalling.
