摘要
叙述了针对本厂热轧小型等边角钢常出现的偏角、圆角、腿长、腿短等缺陷,在成品孔各部尺寸的确定、蝶式孔型设计计算方法、蝶式孔的结构及数量的确定、几个基本参数的选定、切分孔的设置和结构等方面进行的一系列研究和改进,以及取得的技术经验和效果。
In order to eliminate the defects of finished equal leg angle steel of small size, such as angle off, round angle, irregular length of legs ete., a series of improvements in contour of finished pass,design of butterfly-type pass (BTP), structure and quantity of the BTPs, determination of some basie parameters and set-up and structure of splitting pass are described. The experience and achievement of this work is listed as well.
