摘要
在大型自由锻造工艺中,钢锭内部的疏松缺陷是影响锻件质量的主要因素。本文应用刚塑性有限元理论探讨了疏松压实的求解方法,并以拔长工艺为例,给出了FM法和普通锻造法锻造时变形量与疏松压实程度及其力学性能变化之间的定量关系,为锻造工艺的全程理论模拟提供了一个有效的方法。
In heavy free-forging process, the porous defects inside the ingot are the main factors which affect the quality of the forging. The solution about the compact degree of the porous defects was studied with a rigid-plastic Finit-Element-Method. The extraction is taken as an example to reveal the rational relationship between the deformation value and the compact degree with relative changes of the mechanical properties. It provides a mean for theoretical simulation of full forging process.
