摘要
首次采用多块铸坯温降分块计算数学模型,模拟实际热送过程,计算连铸坯在热送吐程中的温度变化。该过程包托连铸坯切割后每块逐次送入保温车,保温车加罩后运送到保温坑,并分块送入保温坑保温这样一个复杂的动态过程。
A new mathematical model for separately calculating the temperature of several continuously casting slabs has been established. This procedure includcs the processes of slab cuting and sending to the transfering car.
