摘要
根据文献和宝钢LD—CB复合吹炼生产实绩,给出了底吹气泡形成气流速度限界条件、风口前端形成蘑菇的热平衡条件和底吹气体压力的理论计算式。
According to the literature and practice of LD-CB combined-blowing process at Baoshan Steel & Iron Complex, this paper provides the velocity boundary condition of bottom-blowing gas bubble formation, the thermal balance condition of mushroom formation on the tuyere head, and the theoretical calculation formula for bottom-blowing gas pressure.
