摘要
指出了改进加热炉预热段结构、强化其对流给热和辐射给热是加热炉烟气余热自回收的重要途径之一。通过改进片状管换热器及其附属设施的结构,在片状管换热器后面设置多缝热风采暖装置,在换热器面积较小、炉尾排烟温度650~760℃的条件下,使预热助燃空气的温度稳定地达到了410℃左右,获得了增产节能的效果。
This paper gives an important way for self-recovey of waste gas heat of reheating furnace. That is to improve preheating section structure of the furnace and increase heat transfor by convection and radiation. Through improvement of structure of fin tube type heat exchanger and installation of multi-gap hot air heating apparatus behind the fin tube type heat exchanger, the temperature of preheatcd air for combustion has steadily reached about 410℃ under the condition of smaller heating surface of exchanger and outlet smoke temperatuic 650℃~760℃ at furnace end. Th aim of increasing output and decreasing energy consumption has been achieved.
