摘要
研究了纳米氧化锌的结构形态及其在BR中的加工性能、硫化特性和分散性。与普通氧化锌相比,纳米氧化锌胶料的门尼粘度值下降,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短;开炼机混炼时纳米氧化锌吃粉容易,但有粘辊倾向,纳米氧化锌用量减半时其硫化特性与普通氧化锌相当。
The structure morphology of nanoZnO and its processibility,curing characteristics and dispersity in BR compound were investigated.The results showed that the nanoZnO compound gave lower Mooney viscosity,shorter scorch time and optimum cure time when compared to the conventional ZnO compound;the nanoZnO was easily incorporated and subject to stickingtomill roll during mixing on mill;and the half of nanoZnO gave the same curing characteristics as conventional ZnO.
