摘要
从土地利用和交通相互关系入手 ,从理论上探讨城市轨道交通与空间有序增长之间的相互关系。提出公交主导发展 (TOD)策略的理念和内涵以及相应的城市空间规划方法。在此基础上 。
Based on the study of land use and transportation, the relationship between urban mass transit and urban spatial growth, the author discusses the concept and content of TOD strategy and urban spatial planning method in theory, and holds that the implementation of TOD strategy in big Chinese cities shall be accompanied with relevant policies and operational measures.
