摘要
结合欧洲GSM-R/ETCS的应用经验,简要介绍GSM-R适应铁路运输的功能优势和特点;分析中国铁路发展GSM-R/CTCS面临的现状及问题;阐述中国发展GSM-R/CTCS的基本战略、总体规划及实施步骤;提出从中国的国情路情实际出发,CTCS可分为5 级;要在取得无线电频率资源的基础上,加快推进GSM-R在我国铁路的前期试验和研究。
With reference to the European GSM-R/ETCS application experience, the paper briefs on the functional advantages andfeatures of GSM-R adaptable to railway transportation and analyzes the current situation and problems Chinese Railways areconfronted with in developing GSM-R/CTCS. It further elaborates on the basic strategy, overall planning and implementationprocedures of developing GSM-R/CTCS in China. CTCS is graded in five levels with consideration of the actual environment inChina and Chinese Railways. It is required that the pre-stage test and study of GSM-R in Chinese Railways be accelerated aftergaining access to the radio frequency resources.
