摘要
本文概述了WCDMA基站射频子系统中接收机的特点,提出了一种可行的结构,分析了WCDMA对超外差接收机射频电路信噪比、邻道选择性和本振相位噪声的要求。最后给出了射频接收机在Agilent 89441矢量信号分析仪上的测量结果。
This paper describes the characteristics of RF receiver for WCDMA BTS. The requirements on the receiver in SNR, ACS (adjacent channel selectivity) and phase noise of local oscillator are analyzed. Finally, the receiver is developed and tested with an Agilent 89441 vector signal analyzer.
