摘要
以无机盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2纳米粉体。研究了反应控制参数,并利用TG-DSC、FT-IR、XRD、SEM和TEM等分析手段对所制纳米氧化锡粉体的结构、粒度、形貌、成分等进行了表征。结果表明:该法制备的SnO2纳米粉具有金红石型结构,晶粒为球形,平均粒径为8 nm左右。
Tin oxide nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method using inorganic salt as starting materials. The optimum conditions of the reaction were studied. The structure, morphology, particle size and composition of SnO2 nanopoweder were characterized by means of TG-DSC,FT-IR,XRD,SEM,and TEM. The results indicted that the SnO2 powder which was prepared by this method has rutile structure with spherical grains,and the mean particle size is about 8 nm in diameter.
