摘要
使用重整化群 (RNG) -ASM模型 ,对 PAX燃烧器的出口流场进行了冷态数值模拟 ,研究了内二次风旋流强度对 PAX燃烧器的流场分布、回流区大小、回流量和扩展角的影响规律 ,并与试验结果进行了对比 ,获得了比较一致的结果 ,为 PAX燃烧器的设计和运行提供了一定的理论基础 ,并进一步验证了 RNG-ASM模型在模拟强旋转受限射流流场的准确性。图 8表 2参 1
With the Renormalization Group Algebraic Stress Model (RNG ASM), a cold numerical simulation of the flow field of PAX burner is carried out. In this paper, the effects of inner secondary air on the air flow field of PAX burner, the dimension of recirculation zone, the quantity of recirculation and the jet flow expand angle are studied and some practical laws are obtained. The calculation results accord with the test ones well. This paper further validates the precision of RNG ASM model in simulation the confined strongly swirling flow. And it is believed that the results can be helpful to the design and operation of PAX burner. Figs 8, tables 2 and refs 10.
