摘要
对甘蔗黑色蔗龟(A.impressicoll)Sy、Rf和Rh三个虫群的抗药性进行了初步研究。结果表明:以LD_(50)值比较,则Rf虫群对辛硫磷、久效磷、呋喃丹、氰戊菊酯(Feuvalerate)和林丹产生了3.3、2.0、3.3、14.8和5.0倍的抗药性。Rh虫群对甲基异柳磷、久效磷、氰戊菊酯和林丹产生了3.0、2.0、8.8和2.4倍的抗药性。以LD_(99)进行比较,则Rf和Rh的抗药性更为明显:Rf虫群对甲基异柳磷、辛硫磷、甲拌磷、呋喃丹、氰戊菊酯和林丹的抗药性分别为2.9、4.5、4.8、13.9、100.9和33.0;Rh虫群分别为6.2、6.4、2.6、2.6、5.7和3.7倍。本文还讨论了治理害虫抗性的几种措施。
The resistance of A. impressicoll to insecticides has been studied by topical application in laboratory. The 3rd instar larvae were collected from Yangcun district, Boluo County ( Sy group), Fengjian district, Shunde county (Rf group ) and Hongqi district, Douman County ( Rh group) of Cuangdong Province and reared 3 days at 20℃ The sequence of the susceptibility to seven insecticides tested could be arranged as follows: carbofuran>isofenphosmethyl , phoxim, monocrotophos>phorate, gammaBHC>fenvalerate. The results also show that resistance of larvae in Rf group to phoxim, momocrotophos, carbonfuran, fenvalerate and gamma-BHC is 3.3-, 2.0-, 3.3-, 14.8- and 5.0-fold, respectively, and of larvae in Rh group to isofenphos-methyl, monocrotophos, fenvalerate and gamma-BHC is 3.C-, 2.0-, 8.8-, 2.4-fold, respectively, as compared with LD50 value of Sy group. However, the larvae in Rf group to isofenphos-methyl ( 1.7-fold ) , phorate (1.0-fold) , and in Rh group to phoxim (1.4-fold), phorate (4.1-fold) , carbofuran ( 1. 9-fold ) are still in relatively susceptible condition. The resistance management of A, impressicoll in sugarcane was also discussed.
