摘要
以回转窑运行轴线偏差最小及各托轮受力均衡为优化目标 ,建立调窑参数模糊优化模型 ,应用模糊综合评判法确定最优水平值 ,利用最优水平截集法求解优化模型。在中国长城铝业公司氧化铝厂 2 #窑的应用表明 ,模糊优化调窑能更显著地减少轴线偏差和使各托轮受力均匀 ,使回转窑维持在最佳运行状态。
Taking the well distribution of the load on the supporting annulus and the minimization of the maximal curvature of axes as the optimizing goal, the fuzzy optimization model for adjusting parameters of the kiln rotary is established, the optimal parameter values are determined by use of the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method, and the optimal model is solved with optimal level cutsets method It is shown by the application of the fuzzy optimization to the number 2 kiln rotary parameter adjustment in Alumina Factory of Great Wall Aluminum Company that the maximal curvature of axes is remarkably reduced and the load on the supporting annulus is much even, and the kiln is in the optimally mechanical state
