摘要
在H2 气氛中对氧钒 (Ⅳ )碱式碳酸铵进行了热分析和还原热分解。在 90 0℃保温 30min条件下获得粒度约 30nm的球形纯V2 O3 粉体。
The thermoanalysis and pyrolysis of (NH 4) 5[(VO) 6(CO 3) 4(OH) 9]·10H 2O in H 2 atmosphere were studied. Pure V 2O 3 powder was obtained at 900 ℃ for 30 min. The particles of powder were spherical with about 30 nm in size and were more homogeneous distribution.
