摘要
应用模糊综合评判的方法,建立了钦州市甘蔗产量年景与前期关系较密切的5个大气环流因子在不同的预的备选因素,然后,根据不同年份的及因子权重A～报等级下各个因子区间的隶属度矩阵,以此作为模糊变换矩阵R～,应用模糊数学的运算法则,得到甘蔗产量年景的预测结果。
By way of fuzzy evaluation, the subordinate extent matrix of sugarcane annual output forecast and the matrix among the 5 atmospheric circulating factors, which are closely related in the early stage, under different forecast levels, and the same are regarded as the optional factors of fuzzy commutation matrix R and factor weight A. Then, R and A are established according to the factor values in different year, and the annual output forecast results are obtained by fuzzy mathematical algorithm.
