Research progress on estrogen receptor and its mediated vascular protective effects

摘要 雌激素的生物学效应是由雌激素受体所介导 ,血管壁中存在有雌激素受体 ,为雌激素对血管的直接作用提供了分子水平的物质基础。本文介绍了雌激素受体的结构和特性、雌激素受体亚型、雌激素作用机制。 The biological effects of estrogen is mediated by estrogen receptor(ER),the fact that ER exists in vessel wall provide a molecular foundation to illustrate the direct effect of estrogen on vessel wall.In this review we focused on the new research progress in ER,such as its structure,isoform,membrane estrogen receptor and its mechanism of action,we also illustrate the vascular protective effect mediated by ER.
