摘要
目的 探讨无针密闭输液操作系统在放射性核素注射中的应用效果。方法 采用可来福接头无针密闭输液系统和常规注射法进行对比研究。结果 两种方法在药物渗漏和医护人员平均接触药物时间方面有显著差异 ,(P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 无针密闭输液操作系统在放射性核素注射的应用中优于常规注射法 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of airtight transfusion system without needle for the patients injected with radioactive nuclide. Methods A comparison was carried out between the airtight transfusion system without needle and the traditional intravenous injection group. Results There were significant difference between vine penetration and average time of touching radioactive nuclide in two groups (P<0.001, P<0.05). Conclusions The method of airtight transfusion system without needle was superior to the traditional intravenous injection method, it is useful to clinical application.
