摘要
目的 探讨健康教育在腰椎管手术病人康复中的重要作用。方法 健康教育的方法包括心理护理、个体化指导、健康教育宣教单、演示与反演示、教育家庭重要成员等。结果 通过对 6 0例腰椎管手术病人的研究 ,说明经过健康教育的观察组在心理焦虑发生率、功能锻炼正确率、并发症的发生率、自理能力等四个方面与对照组有明显优越性。结论 健康教育可减轻病人痛苦及经济负担、提高病人对护理的满意度 。
Objective To probe the important role of health education on recovery of patients with vertebral canal operation . Methods The methods of health education were mental nursing, individual guidance, health education propaganda material ,demonstration and counter demonstration, teaching members of their family. Results The rate of mental anxiety, the accurate rate of dirigation, the rate of complications and the ability of self care were superior to those of the control group. Conclusions Health education can lighten the patients pain and economic burden, raise satisfactory degree of patients.
