摘要
目的 :探讨纤维支气管镜在原发性气管肿瘤诊断及治疗中的作用。方法 :回顾性分析在 68例原发性气管肿瘤诊治中纤维支气管镜的应用。结果 :57例术前应用纤维支气管镜 ,2 0例行肿物活检 ,1 4例术前明确病理诊断 ;麻醉过程 45例应用纤维支气管镜引导下麻醉插管 ;术后 1 2例用纤维支气管镜吸痰。结论
Objective:To evaluate the effect of fiber bronchoscope on the diagnosis and treatment of primary tracheal tumors (PTTs).Methods:Retrospective analysis of the application of fiber bronchoscope in 68 cases of PTTs.Results:Bronchoscope was applied to 57 cases preoperatively, biopsy was conducted in 20 cases and pathological diagnosis was obtained in 14 cases. Bronchoscope-introduced tracheal intubation was carried out in 45 cases during the anesthesia. Bronchoscopic aspiration of sputum was performed in 12 cases postoperatively. Conclusion:Branchofiberoscope is of vital importance to the management of PTTs.
