摘要
目的 分析颈后路Apofix系统内固定术治疗上颈椎骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法 对 6例上颈椎骨折脱位患者行颈后路Apofix内固定术。对临床结果进行ASIA评定及上肢神经功能评分。结果 6例病例随访 4～ 10月 ,平均 7月 ,临床疗效优良率 94%,植骨融合率 88 9%。结论 颈椎后路Apofix系统内固定对于上颈椎骨折脱位的治疗是有益的 ,它降低了骨不连发生率 ,提高了植骨融合率 ,重建了颈椎的稳定性 ,临床疗效满意。颈后路Apofix系统在颈椎手术中的益处及其带来的危险与效价比尚需要进一步研究。
Objective To analyse the curative effect of Apofix internal fixation system on upper cervical spine fracture-dislocation.Methods 6 cases with upper cervical spine fracture-dislocation were fixed with Apofix by posterior approach.Curative effects were evaluated with ASIA and scores of the function of upper limb nerve were analysed.Results All cases were followed up for 4～10 months,averaging 7 months.Good results were obtained and the inosculate rate of bone grafting was 88.9%.Conclusion It is of benefit to apply Apofix system to treat upper cervical spine fracture-dislocation by posterior approach,which cuts down the occurrence of non-union,and increases inosculate rate of bone grafting meanwhile.Good curative effect can obtained with reconstruction of the stability of cervical spine.However,further study of its benifit or and risk as well as ratio of cost-effect is needed for Apofix system to be used in cervical spine operation.
