摘要
目的 探讨肢体巨大肿瘤的治疗效果。方法 本组于 1989～ 1997年间共收治了 6例肢体巨大肿瘤患者 ,均为男性 ,年龄 17～ 6 5岁 ,经术前患肢血管造影 ,在充分了解了肿瘤与血管神经束与肢体的关系后 ,成功的进行手术切除。结果 6例病例均治愈 ,手术疗效满意。结论 肢体的血管造影对肢体巨大肿瘤的治疗 ,有重要的意义。
Objective To explore a method to treat huge tumor of limbs and study its clinical effect.Methods 6 patients with huge tumor of limbs were enrolled in this study between 1989 and 1997 They were all males and 17 to 65 years old.Blood vessel contrast examination of suffering limbs was made to find out the relation between suffering limb, blood vessel and nervustract before operation.Results All cases were healed,the operation effect is satisfactory.Conclusion Blood vessel contrast examination of suffering limb before operation is very important to limbs huge tumors operation.
