牙周基础治疗对糖化血红蛋白及胶原酶的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的 观察牙周治疗对糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白及龈沟液中胶原酶的影响。方法 将全身健康状况相似的患牙周炎的非依赖型糖尿病患者随机分为牙周基础治疗组 (龈上洁治和龈下刮治 )和非治疗组。记录同一位点治疗前、治疗后一个月、三个月牙周临床指标 ,龈沟液中胶原酶以及糖化血红蛋白的情况。结果 治疗组的牙周临床指标、龈沟液胶原酶及糖化血红蛋白水平治疗前、后相比有显著差异。 Objective To investigate the effects of basic treatment of periodontitis on the level of metabolic(glycated hemoglobin) control and GCF-collagenase of diabetes.Methods A total of 40 Chinese adult subjects suffering from periodontitis and non-insulin dependent diabetes were randomized into treatment and control groups.Periodontal treatment included ultrasonic scaling and root planning.Assessments were performed prior to and 1 and 3 months after treatment and included probing depth(PD),bleeding index(BI),plague index(PLI),glycated hemoglobin(HbA) and GCF-collagenase.Results After treatment all subjects showed the greatest reduction in PD,BI,PLI and GCF-collagenase at 1 and 3 months(P< 0.001 ),significant reduction in mean HbA(P< 0.01 )compared to the contrd group.Conclusion Effective treatment of periodontal inflammation is associated with a reduction of GCF-collagenase and glycated hemoglobin.Control of periodontal infections should thus be an important part of the overall management of diabetes patients.
