摘要
目的探讨护理干预在急性心肌梗死 (AMI)恢复期伴睡眠障碍病人中的作用。方法将 6 8例AMI恢复期伴失眠的病人随机分为干预组和对照组各 34例。对照组施行AMI恢复期常规治疗及护理 ;干预组在此基础上制订睡眠干预计划 ,重点给予健康教育、心理、行为的对症干预 ,出院后跟踪观察。结果出院时干预组睡眠质量明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,平均住院日较对照组缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,出院后睡眠总体情况的优良率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,干预措施的有效率高达 90 3%。结论对症护理干预可有效减轻AMI恢复期病人睡眠障碍程度 。
Objective To investigate the role of nursing intervention on the patients with dyssomnia in the recovery period of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Sixty eight cases of AMI associated with dyssomnia in the recovery period were randomly divided into intervention group and control group equally. In the control group, the patients received the routine remedy and nursing care in the recovery period of AMI. In the intervention group, sleeping intervention plans were laid and the patients were subject to health education and the mental and behavioral interventions. Follow up was done after discharge. Results The sleeping quality in the intervention group was significantly better than in the control group ( P <0.05). The average hospital stay in the intervention group was shortened as compared with that in the control group ( P <0.01). The excellent rate of sleep quality in the intervertion group was obviously higher than in the control group( P <0.01). The effective rate of the intervention measures was up to 90.3 %. Conclusion Nursing intervention could improve the sleeping quality for the patients with dyssomnia.
