摘要
目的 :观察新药菌毒清对室内空气及手术器械等的熏蒸消毒效果 ,检测该药对金属物品的腐蚀性。方法 :预先制备已知菌的染菌布片 ,根据不同时间段对染菌布片细菌的检测情况判定消毒效果 ;通过金属物品的锈斑及自身重量的变化判断该药的腐蚀性。结果 :用 4 %菌毒清原液按照 80mL·m-3 的浓度熏蒸消毒 30min即可达到显著消毒效果 ,2h后细菌可完全杀灭 ,该药在高浓度应用时对金属物品有一定的腐蚀性。结论 :菌毒清用于熏蒸消毒能有效地杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性乙型链球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌 。
OBJECTIVE To observe the fumigating effects of a new disinfectant Junduqing on room air and operative instruments, and to detect the caustic effects on metals. METHODS A piece of cloth stained with bacteria was prepared. The effect of disinfection was judged by the bacteria examination on the cloth,and the metallic causticity was assessed by rusty stain and change of weight. RESULTS The distinct effect of disinfection was showed after administered with the concentration of 4% Junduqing 80 mL·m -3 for 30 min.The bacteria have been throughly killed after giving Junduqing for 2 hour. The disinfectant in high concentration has certain caustic effects on metals. CONCLUSIONS The results suggest that Junduqing used as fumigation can be effectively killed escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and β hemolytic streptococcus, bacillus subtilis. So it possess evident disinfectant effect.
