摘要
目的 :建立复方维A酸软膏的质量控制标准。方法 :样品用无水乙醇超声提取 ,薄层层析后 ,进行双波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,测定维A酸斑点面积 ,其中λs=(35 0± 1)nm ,λR=2 5 0nm。结果 :标准曲线在 1~ 5 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 (r =0 .9999,n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 99.5 % (RSD =1.6 % )。结论 :该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE To establish an external standard TLC scanning method for the content determination of tretinoin in compound ointment.METHODS The extracted solution of the ointment which was extracted by the supersonic cleaner with ethanol was separated by the chromatographic system consist of Cyclohexane: Chloromethane: Methanol: Methanoic acid(20:9:4:1). The integral area of the separated spots was determined by dual wave TCL scanning ; λ s=(350±1)nm, λ R=250 nm.RESULTS The linear rang was 1~5 μg ( r = 0.9999 , n =5) and the average recovery was 99.5% (RSD= 1.6% ). CONCLUSIONS The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and suitable for the analysis of tretinoin in this preparation.
