摘要
目的 :观察牙髓牙周联合病变治疗的临床疗效。方法 :117例 162个牙髓牙周联合病变患牙 ,分析病因并对症施治 ,进行牙髓牙周病的综合治疗。结果 :经 1～ 3年观察 ,13 6个患牙 (83 .95 % )得到保留。结论 :临床医生的对症施治和患者的良好配合 ,可取得良好的治疗效果 ,保存更多的患牙。
AIM:To analyse the result of the treatment of combined endodontic-periodontal lesions.METHODS:117 patients 162 teeth with combined endodontic-periodontal lesions were treated with the combination of endoontic treatment and periodontal treatment.RESULTS:1-3 years after treatment,136 teeth were preserved with satisfactery function.CONCLUSION: The patients could be cured only if the combination of the patients corporation and the right treatmests.
