摘要
目的 :探讨耳穴贴压法在人工流产术应用及效果观察。方法 :随机选择门诊孕 6～ 8周要求终止妊娠的健康孕妇 2 0 0例 ,随机分为两组。实验组 :术前选耳穴的内生殖器、神门、盆腔 ,用 75 %酒精消毒后将王不留行籽固定在穴位上 ,指压刺激 ,以耳廓疼痛为佳 ,5～ 10分钟后开始实行人工流产 ,术时用赫氏扩宫器了解宫口张情况。对照组 :按常规进行手术操作。结果 :耳穴贴压法对宫颈扩张、减轻疼痛、减少人流综合征的发生有显著疗效 ,两组对照P <0 .0 1。结论 :耳穴贴压法操作简单 ,安全易行 ,无创伤 ,无毒副作用 ,患者容易接受 ,达到护宫、镇痛和减少人流综合征的目的。给患者带来极大的痛苦。
Object:Discussion on the effect observation of auricular-plaster therapy in induced abortion.Methods:In the clinical study,200 cases of gravida were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group:After disinfection with 75% alcohol,cowherb seed was fixed atinternal genital organs,Shenmen,Pelvic kidney.After 5～10min,induced abortion was operated.The controlled group:The operation was done by routine.Result:Auricular-plaster therapy can expand cervix,relieve pain,decrease induced abortion syndrome.Significant difference was shown between the two proups(p<0.01).Conclution:Auricular-plaster therapy is a reliable therapeusis.
