摘要
在99.995% Ag中添加0.01wt%Mn,制成99.99%银材,进行机械性能测试。当ε=97%时,在25℃下,σb=340 MPa,Hv=103保持365 d稳定不变。即在高纯Ag中存在微量Mn,能细化Ag的晶粒。晶粒小,晶界增多,变形抗力增大,起到强化和稳定机械性能的作用。
A silver material with purity of 99.99wt % Ag was prepared through adding 0.01wt % Mn into pure silver with purity of 99.995wt% Ag. The mechanical properties reached σb = 340 MPa and Hv= 103 fordeformed silver material with ε = 97% and maintained in the aging process at ambient temperature for 365 days. The Mn additive showed effect fining crystals and increasing lattice diotor-tion to silver, which is responsible for strengthening and resistant to recovery softening silver.
