摘要
应用DTA手段表征了Pd对RuAl金属间化合物自蔓延高温合成的影响。Pd的加入使RuAl自蔓延反应前的小放热峰逐渐减小,直至消失。随着Pd含量的增加,RuAl自蔓延反应温度(T2)先升高后略有降低,自蔓延反应的激烈程度则有降低的趋势[除含约3%(原子数分数,下同)Pd化合物之外]。作者对其原因进行了讨论。
RuAl intermetallics with additive Pd were synthesized by SHS and the thermal effects were analyzed by DTA. With increase of the concentration of Pd additive, the minor exothermal peaks in front of main SHS reaction peaks decreased gradually until disappeared, whereas the SHS temperatures (T2) increased at first and then decreased lightly. The exothermal intensity of unit mass metal showed a decreasing tendency except an anomalous exothermal intensity for RuAlPd compound with about 3.0 % Pd additive. The reason for the anomaly was discussed.
