摘要
介绍从大庆石化总厂丁辛醇生产装置排出的废铑催化剂回收Rh的工艺流程及其生产方法,包括焚烧、溶解、电解回收、酸洗、焙烧等工序。该回收工艺简单,成本低,Rh总回收率>95％,所得Rh纯度>99.5％。
A new method extracting rhodium from waste rhodium catalysts used in the production of butanol and octanol in Daqing petrochemical complex was proposed in the paper. This technique includes following procedure, such as calcinations, dissolution, electrolytic recovery, acid - washing, drying and baking, and produces Rh powder. The total recover rate of rhodium is above 95% and the purity of rhodium is over 99.5% . The process is simple and low cost.
