摘要
基于 Sun工作站 SPARC Station 2 0的 UG 软件进行柴油机干式缸套机体铸件壳芯模具的计算机辅助设计 ,借助 CAD三维实体复合建模技术的可视性和可检测性 ,解决了模具设计中的疑难问题 ,如铸件外部表面及内部型腔在模具上的精确参数转换、内部型腔成型砂芯的优化分配和模具型腔各处配合尺寸的检测等 ,为 CAM奠定了基础 ;同时也提供了一些在生产实践中行之有效的模具设计要点和工艺参数。
CAD of shell core die for N490 diesel engine dry cylinder bushing block has been studied,which is based on the UGⅡ software of sun SPARC station 20 and the visibility,inspection of 3D synthetic modeling technology for the knotty problems occurring in the die design.Serial of problems such as the accurate transference of inner and outer surface from casting to die,the optimum dispensation of inner core,the inspection of assembly anywhere of die cavity have been solved with significant effect,which has laid a foundation for CAM; Some key points and effective parameters of die design have been offered too.
