摘要
对淬火后组织为低碳板条马氏体的 Q2 35钢板进行多道次大变形量 (累积压下量达 93% )冷轧 ,随后进行时效和低温再结晶处理 ,制备出了屈服强度为 1137~ 12 90 MPa,抗拉强度为 12 6 6~ 175 6 MPa,晶粒尺寸为 5 0 .2~316 .4 nm的低碳钢板。
The low carbon steel Q235 with lath martensites after quenching were severe plastic deformated by cold-rolling(with relative reduction of 93%),And then,the steels were aged and low temperature recrystallization treatment.Q235 steel plates with σ s=1137~1209 MPa, σ b=1266~1756 MPa and gain sizes of 50.2~316.4 nm were prepared.
