摘要
以丙烯酰胺和六次甲基四胺为原料合成了N ,N′- 亚甲基双丙烯酰胺 ,其最佳反应条件为 :丙烯酰胺单体7.1g,六次甲基四胺 4 .0g,浓盐酸的加量 0 .2mL ,反应温度 78℃ ,反应时间 150min,最佳产率为 84 .5%。
N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide was synthesized f ro m acrylamide and urotropin. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: t he amount of acrylamide was 7.1 g, urotropin was 4.0 g, hydrochloric acid was 0. 2 mL,the reaction temperature was 78 ℃, and the reaction time was 150 min. The yield reached 84.5%. The test of the water absorption capacity showsed that the water absorption performance of water absorbing resin was excellent.
