摘要
通过对褐色稻壳的遗传研究表明 ,颖壳褐色受一对隐性基因控制 ;采用带褐色颖壳标记的籼型广亲和品种Dular与协青早杂交 ,以系谱法选择并利用协青早A测定不育性的保持性 ,从中选育出 1个带褐色颖壳的保持系 ,并进而转育成相应的不育系色选A ;用色选A与颖壳颜色正常的恢复系制种后 ,收获杂种种子和恢复系种子 ,然后利用色选机分选杂种种子与恢复系种子 ,可提高杂交水稻制种机械化水平。
One indica rice with brown colour chaff marker was crossed by rice varieties with normal colour chaff. It was discovered that the brown colour chaff was controlled by a single loco recessive gene. A maintainer was obtained from the cross between two indica varieties Xieqingzao and Dular with brown chaff by pedigree select method. The maintainability of male sterility was tested by tester Xieqingzao. A male sterile with brown ,Sexuan A , was developed by transformation Xieqingzao A to this maintainer. The hybrid rice seed could be disparitied by colour separation machine based on colour difference between Sexuan A and restores with normal colour chaff. Sexuan A could be applied in production of hybrid rice seed.
