摘要
按照广东省政府制定的《蓝天工程计划》 ,到 2 0 0 5年广东省电力行业SO2 排放总量控制在 4 8万t以内。而 2 0 0 0年广东省电力行业SO2 排放量为 6 6 .16万t,离《蓝天工程计划》的控制目标差距较大。应采取的主要治理措施是 :坚持燃用低硫燃料 ,加大小火电关停力度 ,合理安装脱硫装置 ,积极参与“西电东送”。只要控制措施到位 ,资金到位 ,火电厂的SO2
According to the 'Blue sky engineering plan' issued by the Guangdong gover nment the SO 2 emission of the power industry in Guangdong will be controlled w it hin 480 000 t in 2005, while the SO 2 emission of the power industry in Guangdo ng was 661,600 t in 2000, which has a great gap to the controlled target in the 'B lue sky engineering plan'. The major control measures should be as follows: pers istence to firing the low sulfur coal, enhancement on strength of closing the sm all-sized coal-fired power plants, reasonable construction of FGD device, active participation in 'West power transmission to east'. As long as the control meas ures are taken properly with proper fund to be invested, the SO 2 pollution fro m the coal-fired power plants can be controlled.
